I built Riv Buys Properties from generations of real estate experience and some of the darkest moments of my life.

Real estate has been in my family for three generations. My father has spent nearly thirty years in the relocation business and still runs his moving company today. As a kid, I watched Extreme Makeover: Home Edition obsessively, transfixed by how they showed up for families in their darkest hours. They didn't just fix houses. They gave people their dignity back. I wanted to be that person someday.

Our Story

In 2021, the bottom fell out for us. A car accident put my father on crutches for years and out of work. We lost the home we were living in. We were homeless for months, with no soft landing and no one in the industry who treated us with the dignity we needed when it mattered.

Those months taught me something no real estate class could have.
